1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jljl5.ph ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the jljl5.ph website, mobile platform, gaming services, and all related features and content (collectively, the "Platform").

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by jljl5.ph may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on jljl5.ph. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. jljl5.ph employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all associated accounts will be suspended, all balances will be forfeited, and the player will be permanently banned from the Platform.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jljl5.ph account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password for your jljl5.ph account that is not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP where available.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All deposits to your jljl5.ph account must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. jljl5.ph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to the minimum and maximum limits applicable to each method. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).

Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. jljl5.ph does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which jljl5.ph accepts no responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed the required Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to make a deposit, or to a verified bank account or e-wallet in your name.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your account dashboard.
• jljl5.ph reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically within 5 minutes for GCash and PayMaya; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

jljl5.ph reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of security checks, fraud investigations, or verification procedures. Players will be notified of any such delay and the reason therefor.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

jljl5.ph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) that must be met before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion details.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion. jljl5.ph reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

• Abuse: jljl5.ph reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings if it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting game weightings, using low-risk betting strategies to satisfy wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to abuse promotional offers.

jljl5.ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players via the contact details on their account.

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the jljl5.ph Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

7 Prohibited Activities

• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or in connection with any proceeds of crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to: chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or system forming part of the jljl5.ph Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the normal operation of the Platform or the experience of other players.

jljl5.ph reserves the right to investigate any suspected prohibited activity and to take appropriate action, including immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

8 Responsible Gaming

jljl5.ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all players. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.

10 Intellectual Property

11 Limitation of Liability

jljl5.ph's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their jljl5.ph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jljl5.ph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

jljl5.ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider.
• Determination that the player is ineligible to use the Platform (e.g., underage, prohibited jurisdiction).
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests.

Upon termination of an account for cause, jljl5.ph reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including bonus funds and associated winnings. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending verification requirements.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for resolution of the dispute.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, jljl5.ph reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

14 Amendments to These Terms

jljl5.ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jljl5.ph will notify registered players via email to the address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the jljl5.ph Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.
